Rascal Legends fare strongly in NCD Touch Finals

The National Capital District (NCD) Touch concluded its competition successfully on Sunday, 2nd November 2025, which saw the winners being crowned champions in their respective divisions.
For the Rascal Legends club, all its divisions reached the finals, with three divisions - Senior Men, Open Mix, and Open Men - made it to the decider.
Rascal Legends made their presence felt in the revived competition, with the senior men’s and open mix losing in two hard-fought battles, while the open men’s marched to premiership glory.
The club is made up of battle-hardened campaigners and emerging prospects, showcasing glimpses of fast-paced touch rugby skills and entertaining the fans this season.
Rascal Legends Club President, Nelson Kopunye, commended his players’ overall performance across all divisions.
“I am very proud of the performance of the Rascal Legends in all divisions this season. It’s been a great year for us,” Kopunye said.
He noted that they are looking to build on from this year’s experience by reaching the finals again next season and winning a couple of divisions.
The Rascal Legends ended their season on a high note and look forward to leaving their mark next year and aiming to steal more titles.
