The National Capital District Football Association (NCDFA) completed its round 3 fixture on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, at the Sir John Guise Multi-Purpose oval.
Most of the teams that took part in the NCDFA competition last season have participated again in the 2024 season, with the inclusion of a few new teams.
Eleven clubs in total are participating in the NCDFA this season, with each team comprising U15s, 16s, 17s, 18s, 19s, 23s, and Premier Division (both males & females), competing in their respective age divisions.
The competition will have two rounds, with the finals set to be played in November or early December, depending on NCDFA’s schedule.
NCDFA Coordinator, John Forova, mentioned that the competition had been good so far and he anticipated to complete the season successfully.
“With three weeks of competition now, the teams have picked up their performances, competing strongly in their respective divisions. We look forward to ending this season on a positive note,” Forova said.
