Morobe Trial Games deferred

Morobe Trial Games have been deferred to 11-14 October. This is specifically to give ample time for all the Districts in Morobe Province to reorganize and plan for the Morobe Trial Games after the Momase Regional Youth Games in Madang Province.

According to Provincial Sports Recreational Officer and Chairman of the Technical Committees Ludwig Peka, he stated that the deferring of the trials is also to allow the sports division in preparation and arrangements with the sporting codes who will be hosting these games to register with the Morobe Division of Sports.

“I request the district to register their interest with the Division of Sports,” stated PSRO Ludwig Peka.

The codes that will be participating in the Morobe Trial Games are; Soccer, Netball, Rugby Union, Rugby 7s, Athletics, and PARA Sports.
